We had very specific parameters for our condo purchase in the village and needed to sell our single family home before the purchase. Dona was very familiar with the La Jolla area and her knowledge was extremely helpful.  She was able to find multiple buyers and sold our home in just a few days over the asking price. She was also able to negotiate both a purchase dependent on selling our home and and a rent back so we had more time to move. Both Don and Dona were in constant contact with us so we knew exactly what was happening at all times and we extremely responsive to all our questions and concerns.
